"We moved from London seeking a quieter rhythm without sacrificing refinement. The moment we stepped into the lobby, we knew this was exactly right."

The resident journey

From first enquiry to settled living — every stage is intentional, never hurried.

Stage 1

Initial conversation

We begin with an unhurried phone call or in-person meeting. No sales pressure — just a frank discussion about what you need from your home. We ask about your daily rhythms, your work patterns, and whether you prefer morning sun or evening light.

Stage 2

Private viewing

Viewings are one-to-one, scheduled at your convenience. You will see two or three apartments that genuinely match your brief, not the entire portfolio. Our building manager walks you through mechanical details — heating, acoustics, storage — alongside the aesthetics.

Stage 3

Terms and fit

Lease terms are flexible: twelve months standard, with options for longer commitments that unlock preferential rates. We outline every cost upfront — no hidden service charges or surprise clauses. You receive a plain-language summary alongside the legal contract.

Stage 4

Settled living

Move-in day includes a concierge handover covering building systems, neighbourhood tips, and your dedicated maintenance contact. Within the first fortnight, we check in to ensure everything meets expectations. After that, we are always reachable but never intrusive.

Is this the right fit?

Revered Apt Space is designed for a particular kind of resident. Here is how to know if we suit each other.

You value quiet over nightlife. Our buildings maintain a respectful-hours policy from 10 pm, and common areas are designed for calm rather than socialising.

You prefer a home that is ready to live in — not a blank canvas. Our apartments are fully finished with considered furniture packages available for an additional monthly fee.

You appreciate transparency. Every cost is documented in your lease summary. There are no management-fee surprises or end-of-year levies.

You want a landlord who is reachable. Our property team responds within four hours during business days, and urgent matters are escalated immediately.

A note on materials and craft

Every apartment uses solid European oak flooring — not engineered laminate — sourced from certified forests in Austria. The kitchen worktops are honed Pietra Serena, a Tuscan sandstone chosen for its warmth and durability. Bathroom tiles are large-format porcelain from Mutina, laid with minimal grout lines for a seamless feel.

We worked with Cork-based joinery studio Creedon & Farrell for all built-in cabinetry. Their workshop is twelve kilometres from the site, which allowed us to iterate on details — handle profiles, shelf depths, interior lighting — until every piece felt right. This is not spec housing. It is architecture at a domestic scale, delivered with the care of a private commission.

The building envelope achieves an A2 BER rating. Triple-glazed windows, heat-recovery ventilation, and a communal heat-pump system mean energy bills are notably lower than comparable Cork properties. Residents report average heating costs of under €45 per month even in January.

"Three years in and the oak floors look better than the day we moved in. The patina is beautiful. That is the difference real materials make." — Deirdre K., Blackrock penthouse

The university campus is a fifteen-minute cycle along the river. Its grounds are open to the public and make for a beautiful evening walk through mature lime trees and stone quadrangles.

Cobh and the harbour islands are reachable by train in under thirty minutes. Weekend sailing, coastal walks, and the Titanic quarter offer a change of pace without leaving the county.
